- Origin: Italy
- Production Area: Veronese shore of Lake Garda, Morenic Hills, Valpantena, Valpolicella, Illasi Valley, Alpone Valley and Veronese hinterland
- Cultivar Varieties: Casaliva, Reza, Fort, Trepp, Frantoio, Leccio, Leccino, Pendolino.
- Harvest: From mid-October to the end of January, depending on the year. It is carried out exclusively with the aid of ladders, air-powered shakers and large ground nets.
- Pressing: By the end of the day after the olives are delivered.
- Extraction method: Cold pressing by mechanical-physical pressure through a Pieralisi continuous-cycle, double centrifuge plant using DMF technology at the POG Produttori Olivicoli Gardesani Cooperative oil mill in Caprino Veronese (VR).
- Formats available: 500ml / 750ml
